Catalog page won't redirect to cart, but items selected show up in cart

Have two pages. First is online catalog with about 50 items. When add to cart button is hit nothing happens visibly, but item shows up in cart. The following error message appears above the catalog page:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/davcow9/InnerchoicePublishing.com/books.php:2039) in /home/davcow9/InnerchoicePublishing.com/books.php on line 2042.

Here's the code associated with this warning

this part of the error:
output started at /home/davcow9/InnerchoicePublishing.com/books.php:2039

says there is output to the page at line 2039, either a blank like or HTML code that is causing the problem

I put up the wrong screen shot before. Here is the correct shot for lines 2039 thru2042. I don't see the problem.

the blank line between code blocks at line 2038 is causing the problem.
