Blank window for Email details

Brand new install of Design Extender and Data whatever it's called. Also bought and installed eCart 6
Mac Pro (late 2013) 64 gigs RAM, latest OS (Mavericks - up to date)
Extensions all new just downloaded.
DW CC ( also up to date latest)

See screen shot.

Creating a new Email instance on a form and the Toolbar tabs fail to work and only display a blank window (popup) as shown on the screen shot.

Why and what is the solution?

Is eCart the only extension installed?

or do you also have Data Bridge installed.

make sure both eCart 6.0.3 are installed and data Bridge 1.1.8.

Yes, you have old versions of both eCart and Data Bridge

uninstall the previous versions, then install the newer ones.

make sure to Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
