Backup and Reinstall the PM Installation

I'm having Network Solutions problems again.

35 minutes into sending out the first 972 e-mail newsletters, they shutdown our website claiming that the PHP site was being hacked.

They won't reopen it until we clear all PHP files and reinstall them. I can't figure out how to extract the files from MySQL and reload them.

Any clues?

export the database tables using PHP my Admin. then import them again:

In attempting to reinstall from pm1_users.sql I get the message:

Any idea what it's telling me?

I getting that for kfm_directories, too:

SQL query:

--
-- Dumping data for table `kfm_directories`
--
INSERT INTO `kfm_directories` ( `id` , `name` , `parent` , `maxwidth` , `maxheight` )
VALUES ( 1, 'root', 0, 0, 0 ) ;

There has to be something I'm not doing correctly.

#1062 - Duplicate entry '19444' for key 1

it means there is already a record with ID 19444

you need to dump the database tables before importing.

Okay. How do I dump the table?

AH HA! Do I select it in the right listing and click on Empty?

in phpMyAdmin, select your database, on the structure tab, click the Empty (Trash Can Icon) button next to the table name. this will remove the existing records from the table.
