I have Powerstore 3.1, can i better use cart and databridge to built a commerce site then PS?

I have an older version of Powerstore 3.1, I also have cart 5 and data-Bridge and Design Extender.
Which is the best way to built an commerce store for me?
I see there were quite a few patches for 3.1, and that's why you came out with PS 4.5

Did you install the server behaviors Extension?
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Server-behaviors-for-Dreamweaver-Creative-Cloud

After installing the web assist extensions, open a PHP page when you start Dreamweaver and it should launch the WebAssist installer to complete installing the extensions. After the WebAssist Installer Completes, make sure to restart Dreamweaver.
