JavaScript Error after installing eCart 6

I've already tried multiple times to delete the Dreamweaver cache file and reset the Work Space layout, but I'm still getting the following JavaScript error when Dreamweaver CS5 starts:
At line 12 of file ...WebAssist\LayoutManager\shared.js wa is not defined.

What extensions including the version numbers are installed?

what is your OS?

What version of Dreamweaver?

after dreamweaver starts, open a PHP file to start the WA Installer. then restart Dreamweaver after the installer completes.
