Full page drop-down menus?

Full page drop-down menus?

Have used CSS Menu Writer for a long time, but clients are increasingly asking for menus that extend across the full width of page rather than the same width, or extending left to right from, the parent menu.

eBay UK, for example, has a vertical menu with two columns - http://www.ebay.co.uk/

Is this type of thing acheiveable with CSS Menu Writer?
If not, can anyone recommend a good solution?

Thank you.

it can be done with menu writer but takes some hand coding.

in menu writer, you would create a place holder for the two column sub menu, and in the design set the width attribute for the sub menu as desired.

than after the menu is created, edit the menu file to add you two column content into the sub menu items <li> tag
