Unable find WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2 htm Configuration/Floaters directory floater shown

Hello,

I have a problem in Dreamweaver CC on Win 7 with Designer Extender when I try to import website with Import Web Page add-on, after that I get this error
"Unable to find WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown." I tried to clear WinFileCache file, rename configuration directory and even delete configuration directory but without success. Please advise.

Thank you

What version of Design Extender do you have installed?

Make sur to install the latest version 1.1.7.

if you have a previous version installed, you will need to uninstall it before installing the newer one.

do you have any other extensions installed? what versions?

sometimes, you need to restart the computer after deleting the cache file and then delete it again, have you tried that?
