Order Not shown in Order History and No email sent
I have a Powerstore site for a client that has been working well however we had to change the Paypal account being used as the account was used for ebay also.
The new PayPal account has been created, IPN has been turned on and is pointed to the file specified in Powerstore, the PayPal account email address has been updated in Powerstore.
An item has been bought through the Powerstore site, an email from PayPal has been received and the purchase is shown in the IPN history however the purchase is not showing in Powerstore and also Powerstore has not sent an email either.
I have tried resending the IPN notification but nothing has happened.
Have I missed something or is there a way to trouble shoot this issue?
