How safe is it to process the order over the phone?

As safe as processing the order through the web site, it is perfectly safe.

Re: Place Order on Phone:

Sorry, I don't feel comfortable revealing my account details on phone.

By the way, is CVV for MasterCard or for VISA? What you have on your payment page is CVV. Thanks!

CVV is needed for most major credit cards.

it is a 3 digit verification code found on the back of the card.

Sunday

MASTERCARD ISSUE UNRESOLVED:

I strongly feel that you should look critically at your Checkout page. It seems that there is something wrong with your payment buttons. The CVV Code entry seems to be for VISA card only. Entries made in the box seem to be interpreted as that of VISA secure code.

I use my MasterCard to purchase products from other websites without any hitch, but your own checkout page seems to be totally weird. Do something about this urgently in order not to lose sales and customers alike.

I suggest that a member of your support staff should test the checkout with MasterCard and see what happens. This will help you to advice your customers appropriately.

Thanks!

I was able to preform a test transaction with a master card without a problem.

you are the only person that has reported a problem with using master card.

if you call the sales line we can work with you to get the transaction to go through.

if you are not comfortable with relaying the credit card number over the phone, we can walk you through the checkout process on the website.
