Directive on eCommerce June 13th 2014

Hi, there is a new directive for online trading which will come into effect on June 13th 2014. The special thing is: It will be in effect for all 28 countries of the European Union (including UK). All shopping cart systems have to follow this directive in The EU. My question is, if eCart 6 is prepared for this?
We are talking about a market which consists of more than 500 million inhabitants....

well here it is

DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
of 25 October 2011

"on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and
Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council."

I'll attach it in English..

There is a lot in it, but some highlights are: clients have to be shown th etotal price including transportation BEFORE checkout, it has to be made clear that each client has the right to send back any goods within 14 days or that you have to make sure that he / she knows all this, so it is a step-to step guideline to protect customers on ecommerce.

as for the total price, eCart will show shipping tax and the total price before the order is processed

the user will need to fill in the checkout form, this goes to the confirm page, on the confirm page, the shipping is calculated. and the final total price is displayed before the order is processed.

In the new version of eCart, the credit card information is collected on the confirm page as well.

Notifying the user about the rights to send back goods within 14 days would be information you as the developer would add to the site.
