My most recent customer order (1/23) did not show up on my cafecommerce site, only via PayPal.

A customer placed an order via my CafeCommerce site 1/23/2014. The order came via PayPal but it is not showing up under the Orders tab on my dashboard. I do not know if my inventory updated after this order either.

I use PayPal Website Payments Standard. No orders placed on my CafeCommerce site have shown up on the dashboard since Jan 2, 2014. I only receive PayPal notifications.

We updated the code that processes the IPN post from paypal, this should correct the problem.

Problem continues

I am still not seeing any orders on my dashboard that are processed via PayPal. I continue to only receive PayPal notifications and I have to manually adjust the inventory. The last order that shows up was on Jan 2, 2014. Seven orders have gone unrecorded. The problem is obviously not fixed. Please help?!

No ORDERS showing since January

Orders stopped showing up on January 18, 2014 although we are still receiving the orders into our PayPal account. Our payment gateway is PayPal Website Payment Standard. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. [I did a TEXT purchase and it showed up. I then did a REAL purchase and it wasn't there.]

We have moved away form PayPal Standard in Cafe Commerce due to issues with PayPals IPN.

you should switch over to using PayPal Express Checkout. It is also a Free service through PayPal that offers the same user experience, but does not rely on IPN for saving order information.

How do I do that? I didn't see that as an option in the drop-down for CHECKOUT settings. ;-)

When you select payment standard, do you see 3 input fields for User, Password, Signature or just 1?

if you see only one, change the gateway to none, and save, then change back to paypal standard and you should see the 3 fields, when you see 3 fields it will use Express checkout even though it is labeled as standard.
