Add to Cart Button has Intermittent Function

Add to Cart Button has Intermittent Function

I can add the first item to cart (unless I have just cleared the cart) but adding a second item to cart doesn't work. I can update quantities and such inside of the cart itself. It just seems to be getting information to the cart that isn't working right. If I wait until the session expires I can add a product then I encounter the same issue again. Any help would be most welcome! Thanks!

The code looks correct. Do you have a URL where I can view the problem (and FTP information so I can debug and fix it)?

Thanks for your Response

I meant to get back to you earlier this morning but didn't have a chance. I tested the published version of the cart and it seems to work from the published environment. Thanks for your prompt response.
