submit form to mysql & email

i have an order form on a page

can i have it that when someone logs in & fills the form out it emails the form to an email address & also writes the information to a mysql connection is this possible?

Yes, use the Insert Record behavior and the Universal Email behavior.

the insert will happen first, so make sure there is no redirect set on the insert behavior.
