Fatal Error on Universal Email Form Submissions

hello,

I am receiving the following fatal error or form submissions coming from 2 different locations within our clients website, both of which are set up using Universal Email: Fatal error: Call to undefined function writeUEProgress() in /home/content/97/6933397/html/contact.php on line 31 and Fatal error: Call to undefined function writeUEProgress() in /home/content/97/6933397/html/donations.php on line 48

Any thoughts? Recently I changed the email address that it was being submitted to, but other than that, no other changes have been made????
Thanks,

Jackie

delete the following files:
webassist/email/mail_php.php
webassist/email/mailformatting_php.php

then edit the UE instance and click OK to have them regenerated.

make sure to upload the new versions to the site.

Thanks Jason,
That worked! What was the problem? Is there something we did wrong? Just want to make sure we don't do it again if that's the case.

Thanks again!

It's not something you did wrong.

older versions of UE handled the progress using session, this was changed to use globals instead due to an issue on some servers.

you probably created a page using the older version, then a page using the newer version.

the helper files are not updated automatically if they already exist though, so they need to be deleted to be recreated.
