Fatal framework error

On this page: http://www.wantabefamous.com/index1.php I get an error. I found some resolutions from 2010 but nothing recent.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/wantabef/public_html/webassist/framework/framework.php on line 162
None of the pages using this template/theme work. They all get the error.

try adding the following code at line 1 of the webassist/framework/framework.php file:

<?php ini_set('max_execution_time', 300); ?>

Now I get this error -

You applied the theme to the template. which caused an infinite loop I commented the theme code from the template to correct the problem.
