Css Menu Writer ... working fine for years. Today, designing new site, all of a sudden none of the properties are showing up? You gotta be kidding me?

Setting up a basic navigation menu with Menu Writer. I've used this at least 100 times. Now all of a sudden, none of the properties are showing up either in Dreamweaver or on a server after I put it online.

Hi Jason, thanks for your assistance. No, there is a little something there for sure, But it has none of the properties I assigned to it, (I guess that's the way to put it.) No colors, no theme, nothing but some black boxes, although as you see the dropdowns are there. As soon as I saw it come into Dreamweaver I knew I was going to have a messed up day. I loaded it online only as a last hope that maybe that it would be ok online. Nope.

You see some black boxes. We are supposed to have blue boxes. That's the issue. What I choose in the Menu Writer is not coming into my Dreamweaver....just the black boxes. I have tried at least 6 different themes...All different, yet they all come in as those black boxes. I have worked with this product for years, so I know something is definitely wrong here today. Please help me.

in the CSSMenuWriter/cssmw/menu.css file all the background image references use File System links:

background-image: url("file:///C|/Documents and Settings/John Ryan/My Documents/Dreamweaver2009/Quality Landscape ul#cssmwtenance/CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_images/left.gif");

they should be relative links:
background-image: url("/CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_images/left.gif");

Dreamweaver is supposed to update those paths when the menu is saved.

How do I correct this? Is it correctable? My Dreamweaver is just not working correctly because it is not updating those paths?

you will need to edit the CSSMenuWriter/cssmw/menu.css file and correct those paths.
