Power CMS

We are constructing a page that shows an on line comic. http://www.saraimica.com/comic.php
As you can see she has several comics (issues) and all of them would be linked to an individual page (comic). We would like to set this up in Power CMS but were curious how to do this in a table type format and then have it be linked to the full comic page? I believe that I have seen the linking option in Power CMS however, does that highlight the entire image?

Also, could we set this up on a repeat region? If so, how would the linking work for each individual comic?

Any direction would be greatly appreciated!
