Receiving Blank Email

HI

I made a contact from at http://goo.gl/hSs7kv. I get the email and its blank I can see the subject and where its come from but no content and its like there is a blank file and some mail clients it shows as a html file. The hosting company are saying its not them and its the form because the other emails that are getting throw are not blank however Im sure this happened some time ago and it was down to them but maybe im wrong

Im using windows 7 64bit and Dreamweaver cs5 and using Universal 4.0.1

In Universal Email, make sure to select the option to Create a File to manage the email body, and select one of the email templates to use.
