Add hislider html code into my page, no image slider show

Hello, i want create a image slider for inserting on my webpage, and google find a HTML slider maker (Hi Slider).
The software generates an index and 2 folders.
i use DW to open index file, and paste slider coding into my webpage.
but nothing appear when i preview on browser.

here are codes i inserted on my page:
