Once inserted CSSmenu menuwriterand wish edit , change each individual page

I have inserted a drop down menu with CSSMenuwriter and now want to edit (add links). Do I have to go to each page and repeat the process or is there a way I can edit the menu just once and have it change on each page (for instance, if I could save it as a library item)

there are 2 options:

1) Add the menu to your site pages using Framework builder plugins

2) create a template for your site and convert the template to a theme, then add the menu to template and base the pages on the theme.

3) A combination of 1 and 2 - Convert the template to a them. add the menu to a page, and add the page to the theme using a plugin. then base the site pages on the theme.

personally, I prefer option 3.
