reinstalling CMS

I have redone a website that had only had a test Power CMS setup. (I had shown an example on a couple of pages of what Power CMS could do.) However in redoing the site I wanted to simply start over with everything and deleted the existing Power CMS files from the server and went to reinstall through the wizard etc. However, it is not working.. It seems to still think that the old CMS is there but when I get to the Add Content area the two dropdown lists (Connection location, Content Area) are both blank. How do I reinstall? I can not find any trace of the old CMS files on the server but I guess I must be missing something somewhere. I have even setup a new database. Please help, thank you. I also notice that the necessary files have not yet been created on my local system either.

It appears i have gotten it to work. Thanks anyway....
