Sending an email from recordset results

I have created a search form. When submit is pressed, it shows the results of my search parameters. How can I use this returned recordset to send an email using Universal Email? I don't see that in the options. Thanks!

in UE, Click the to button to get to the Advanced to options.

you can select to use a recordset loop for the email in the advanced to screen.

Jason, I'm not seeing that option. I am in the Create Email Message dialog box, and I do not see an advanced option.

There is a box to enter the To address, next to that box is a button labeled To, click the To button to enter the advanced to settings.

Okay ... I see that but I'm still not sure who the email is going to get sent to then. There is no email address in my recordset. I simply want the email sent to an individual but include all the data from the recordset.

To clarify, I want the body of the email to contain all the records returned from the recordset, but the TO field will just be a static email address. Sorry if I was unclear.

oh, that wasn't clear form the initial question.

in that case, it is a matter of configuring the email body to use the recordset.

uncheck the option to create a file for the email body, and click the DW edit icon to design the email message.

in the email message, use the recordset bindings to add the recordset info to the message and use a repeat region to loop through the recordset.

Would the email message be created in the waue_search_1.php file then? That's the file that includes the email template file currently.

Never mind ... once I unchecked the box, I saw the DW option.

one more question... Where is the DW file created actually saved? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
