Unable to Activate extensions.

Trying activate super suite extensions get message "unable connect server, Your firewall anti-virus software blocking..." Obviously thats not the case as Im typing this now. When I first go to activate an extension I see the red error message saying "no internet connection detected". This really sucks as I have work to do and am now dead in the water. Please help.

Thanks for answering Jason. I was trying to install it on my personal home older iMac (2006/7) running Dreamweaver CS4. I have the extensions installed on my work computer, which is a newer Mac Mini, running Lion and CS6/CC.

I have norton anti virus and firewall software running, which I manually turned them off and still got the same message.

I need to be able to work from home due to our offices being shut down for almost 2 weeks last year due to Hurricane Sandy. We dont know what this hurricane season will be like and obviously need to the ability to work from home.

Thanks,
Frank

Ok great. I am at my job now but luckily for me I live close enough to go home for lunch. Im on the east coast (NJ) and its 11:27am right now. I can be home by 1pm, which at that point I can get that info and send to you.

Pardon my ignorance but I have one last question.
I checked the MAC Address on my work computer just to familiarize myself with what you are asking and I noticed that the MAC Address is different based on whether if its an ethernet connection or a wifi connection. At work I am hardwired but also have wifi set up for backup. At home I am connecting through wifi only. Will that make a difference? It is possible in the future if i move my computer that I might hardwire my connection. If I do will i then have to contact you guys for a new license file?

each Connection has it's own Mac Address, the Activation is based on which one is being used.

if you activate suing the Wifi connection, then change to using the ethernet connection, it will ask you to re activate.

Ok great. I will send you the MAC Address before 1:30pm EST. Hopefully this gets me up and running. Has there ever been compatibility issues with Norton that you are aware of?

Yes, sometimes the Real Time file scanning can cause issues with creating the license files.
