your page has multiple instances of jquery being used:

<script type="text/javascript" src="../ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../ScriptLibrary/jquery.easing.1.3.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="../webassist/jquery/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../webassist/jquery/jquery-ui.js"></script>

these 2 jquery libraries are causing a conflict and causing the datepicker to fail.

in both of those pages, i see the code for the conflicting library:
<script type="text/javascript" src="../ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../ScriptLibrary/jquery.easing.1.3.js"></script>

it looks like it is on the page twice, once in the head and once in the body section.
