eCart shipping setup

I am setting up a cart for a company that uses a very simple shipping charge sheet.

Rates for Website Retail Orders:

$5.49 and below = $2.95 S&H

$14.99 and below = $7.95 S&H

$26.99 and below = $9.50 S&H

$27.00 and over = FREE SHIPPING

Since they are not using one of the carrier's rate sheets that is calculated by weight and distance I'm not seeing how to implement this into eCart.

you need to edit the eCart object, on the shipping tab create a shipping rule for each price break.

using the Subtotal of cart trigger, you can create the rules tat apply to each price range and use the flat rate calculation to set the shipping price.
