Unexpected Error 3

I tried to add a button, it asked for my serial number, I copy pasted it, and got an 'Unexpected error 3' message
I have no idea what to do about it

I don't see any purchases in your order history. Please post the serial number you are using in the private message area of a reply to this post and I can look into it further.

It appears your order wasn't processed properly... Please log back in and re-order the Free Tools extension. The new serial generated at that point should work properly.
