Not receiving email confirmation from orders placed by customers

Can you please investigate why we are not receiving email confirmation from orders placed by customers. Although we can successfully send and receive emails using customerservice@detectable-products.com from outside of the shop.

Did you update the email settings so that you get a copy of emails? By default it doesn't send the store owner copies of orders, but you can add the store owner email address to the BCC area in the admin settings so that you get a copy.

If this doesn't work, please post back and include your store url and admin login information in the private message area and we can log into your account to investigate this issue further.
