Vertical Menu shifts to right in IE10 only

Menu will not stay in sidebar in internet explorer 10 . 9 and below fine and other browsers are fine. tried designing a new web site with the new designer extender and it does the same thing.

It seems to only shift to the right in compatibility mode, which causes IE10 to render like IE6. The best thing to do is just to turn off compatibility mode and it will render properly... but what is causing it to shift over is that you have your <UL> inside of the <h2> tag. You should open the <h2> after the close of the last </ul>.
