Dreamweaver errors after upgrade to Design Extender

Just purchased a Design Extender Upgrade, uninstalled the 6 separate extensions, rebooted Win7 64 and installed the Design Extender extension. When I start Dreamweaver CS 5.5 I get 2 javascript error messages (see attached screen grabs)

Can you please help?
