Database connection issue PowerCMS

I am having trouble adding powercms content to because of my connection.
I am also having trouble with community hotline. I did find the _mmServerScripts folder on the server and removed it multiple times and that did not help.
Where do I go to remove it locally? Or what do you suggest?
