Error 2 Activation can not be completed

I just installed site assist professional and in trying to activate it I get an error:
Unexpected error: -2
Activation cannot be completed. Visit the Webassist Community forums for assistance.
So here I am using DW CS6, an iMAC
I need to mention my download page states I do not need this extension as I have an updated version. I don't but this extension could be a part of a major extension, however, I can not find where it could be. I have Design Extender and e-Cart. I do not have data Bridge but I do have the extensions that make up data Bridge.
so why can't I activate SiteAssist Pro?
Thanks

Design Extender contains Site Sculptor which is a replacement for Site Assist Pro.

in the private message section, what is the serial number you are using?

Jason Site Sculpter doesn't have a few of the designs such as "online Store" that I know of otherwise I would use it. The serial number I am using is what's on the download page.

So what should I use? Design Extender?

Yes, you will need to use design Extender which includes Site Sculptor.

Oh sorry, I meant using the Design Extender's serial number! I really would like to use siteAssist Pro if there is a way. I probably should not have deleted the previous version which was working Ok. This happened since I updated it to the pro version. Is there a way I can use sitAssist Pro?
Thanks

Site Assist Pro is no longer available. You will need to use Site Sculptor that is included with Design Extender.

In addition to the Designs that are included in Site Sculptor, you can also create your own custom design:
