i want to add drag drop properties tto a div can use digital file pro for this if so how
also when they upload image i want info to go into database

I dont follow what you mean by "drag drop", but duidgital file p[ro can be used to uplaod files and store the name to the database:

i have an are with dotted lines i want the use to be able to copy mutiple images and drag to that area where it will be able to upload automaticly

No, digital file pro cannot do drag / drop uploads, you will need to hand code that.
