eCart 4.5.2 Universal Email - receipt location

Hi Jason,

I have an older cart setup running in ASP and I need to adjust the order receipt that goes out. When I open the confirm page and select Universal Email and edit body the actual HTML content does not appear. Is there a file where this content is located under one of the Webassist directories (WA_Universal_Email, WA_ecart, etc.) ?

thx
Eric

In the WA_UniversalEmail folder is a file for the UE instance settings.

it will be named:
WAUE_pagename_int.asp

so if it is the first instance of UE added to the confirm.php page, it would be named:
WAUE_confirm_1.asp

Thanks! Here is the actual file and here is a screenshot of what is being generated and emailed out.
The issue is the HTML copy before and after the purchase information is not showing up in that template. So that information is stored somewhere, correct?

thx
Eric

That is not the email file from the WA_UniversalEmail folder.

you need to look in the WA_UniversalEmail folder for the WAUE_confirm_1.asp file. That file contains the email message body.

Thanks Jason. I realized that after looking at it more, but I only have 2 files in the WA_Universal_Email folder (AspEmail_VB.asp, MailFormatting_VB.asp). That is in the local folder and the live server folder.

That is why I am wondering where it is pulling the info from.

thx
Eric
