Adding content creates wrong code why?

Hi

PROBLEM
When I create new content the "developer notes" the code is wrong.
All dev notes for other 3 content pages also shows wrong code.
Once logged in the EDIT icon does not show up on clients webpage so cannot be edited directly.

When I created new content for webpage http://little-silver.co.uk/restaurant/oaksMenu.php (Content called OaksMenu2)

CODE DN CREATES IS
<?php
include('/home/sites/little-silver.co.uk/public_html/powercms/WA_CMS/addtosite.php');
echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerCMSConnection, $PowerCMSConnection, '@@content-group@@', '@@content-ref@@', false@@order@@);
?>

I CHANGED IT TO
<?php
include('/home/sites/little-silver.co.uk/public_html/powercms/WA_CMS/addtosite.php');
echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerCMSConnection, $PowerCMSConnection, 'OaksMenu2', 'Content', false);
?>

PROBLEM
New code works and then fails unless page is uploaded again

QUESTION
Why is the wrong code created.

A speedy answer would be appreciated

Malcolm

Is this the Power CMS Solution pack or Power CMS From Design Extender?

I recall this happened in Power CMS 2 Solution pack. Here is an updates copy of the js/lighter/fuel.php.js file that should correct the problem.
