Adding a new drop down.

Ive had my menu up for a couple of months. Now I need to add another couple of links for the drop down. I opened up dreamweaver and went to my page to add another drop down. I clicked on the script and pressed edit menu content. When adding a new name and link I saved the page. Then I preview my page and under that tab there is no drop down even though I just added one.
I have no idea what to do. Thanks for any help.

Make sure to upload the CSSMenuWriter folder to the server.

I've put the site up and tried to view it locally as well. It still doesnt work.

if you edit the menu again, do you see the new items you added?

do you have the DW Option for Checkin / Checkout files enabled in your site?

if so you need to ceckout the menu file before you can make changes.

Im not quite sure what that means or how to set that up?
I used to be able to make changes on the menu and they would actually be changed.
Now when I click on the script and edit menu, I add another drop down and it doesnt show up and the script disappears.

this was an issue with the page being a static HTML page to begin with, then transferring to a dynamic PHP page.
