insert behavious give '0' value instead of text

Hi

I have an insert page that, after insert, redirects to the update page. Everything works OK EXCEPT a '0' is inserted instead of the title text. I've looked everywhere and can't see what's going wrong! All other fields have the proper values.

I've checked in the database and a zero has been inserted there, so it's not the update page at fault!

Attached is the insert code.

Any help much appreciated, as always
Chris

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

NOTE: When sending an attachment, please include the entire page, not just the code for the insert. I need to see the entire page with the insert code in context. It is much more helpful if you compress the insert page to a zip archive and attach the zip file rather than copy just the insert code to a text file.

Hi Jason

Many thanks - sorry just to post the insert part - thought it would make things easier!

I dont see an obvious problem in the code.
