Admin pages error "not unique table/alias:"

I have created admin pages with Data Assist Wizard (Data Bridge 1.1.3). On hitting 'submit' on the insert and update pages I get the error "not unique table/alias:member_data". Attempting to preview Details, Search and Results pages gives the same result. I have not altered anything - the pages are exactly as generated by the wizard.

Offending pages attached; I don't know enough about functions to find the problem - help please!

you set the aircraft status columns to use the same table as the main table to populate the menu.

this a circular approach and is causing the issue.

you should have a separate status table. in that table define the possible statuses.
statuses:
statusID - Primary Key
statusLabel

When running the wizard, use that separate status table to populate the lists instead of using the same table as is being managed.
