Paypal transaction error

When I try to go to check out from my website it gives me the following error 'Payment Failure Transaction Not Completed We're sorry Your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again.' My account is linked correctly and was working previously.
Thanks, James

My Website is www.craftmetaldesign.com

in the power store admin section, goto Settings -> Store Settings and enable the Debug Mode Setting.

this will write the session data to the checkout failure page and include the full request sent to paypal and the full response from paypal, the full response will help determine the cause of the failure.

NOTE: Post the full debug info in a private message.

Hi Jason,
Here is the info.
Thanks,
James.

the request being returned from paypal is empty:
["ECO_Auth_Result"]=> string(0)

this means that the paypal server is rejecting access, it is rejecting the API Username, Password, and Signature you entered. you should contact paypal support to determine why those values have stopped being accepted.
