css fd basic default details border

Hi, I have not been able to find where to change the css of the Dataassist Pages for the details page, - multiple image product. On the page there is a border that starts at the word Details, surrounds the multiple image box and ends just above the links area.

Can someone point me to where this border is determined. I've removed all borders from css and in the header style and it persists.

cheers
