permissions error

Hi WA/Jason,

we had to reload a PS3 site (first one ever after many years of success) and also couldn't reload the MySQL database after an unusual errors (screen shot below). We had an older MySQL backup from Dec 20 that works. We could extract the data from the latest SQL export to provide the data to the customer - any clues here would be great?

We are now having errors when trying to update missing images on product records and cannot upload the images. I have looked on plesk and change all the locigal directory permissions for the images, imagesupload directories on both the httpdocs and httpsdocs directories without any luck so far. The error message displayed is below.

Any pointers where to look would be great - thank you, Mark.

the error means that the store\\imagesupload\ folder does not have the appropriate permission to allow file upload.
