double horizontal drop-down with third level vertical drop-down

I want to make a double drop-down horizontal menu with a third level of vertical links. The first horizontal menu will lead to a second horizontal menu; this menu will change depending on the link chosen in the first menu. That second menu will lead to a third level of vertical drop-down menus. Is this possible to create with CSS menu writer?

Here's the very rough draft of our new home page with the menu that kinda works. It's a code I found online and has lots of bugs. I'm hoping to code something similar:

Can I do this with CSS Menu Writer? I couldn't find a tutorial....

No menu writer cannot create a menu that uses a horizontal 2nd level and vertical 3rd level.

Too bad.... Thanks for the quick response! Do you have any suggestions? All the codes and scripts I'm finding have trouble with the infamous IE....
