Not able to save in Admin PowerStore 4.53 - Merchant Information PayPal Pro

i updated from PowerStore V2 to PowerStore V4.53 and ran the update and i believe i have the site up and running but when i was testing the checkout function i enter credit card info (or click pay via paypal) and i get an error? i went into the admin side and re-pasted the information from paypal.com and the save button does not work????

What is the error you get when testing the transaction?

In the install/scripts/folder, make sure you run the v3_v4_update_script.sql file on the database, you may also need to run the runsynch.php file.

Thank you for the link above ^^^^^^^ but here is where i am stuck...

that is correct, paste the SQL Commands from the .sql file in the SQL Window and click the go button.

ok, so it sounds like you already ran the script once to do the upgrade.

make sure you also run the runsynch.php script.

do i go to the runsynch.php and double click it or ?

browse to it in the web browser open the power store site in your web browser, then change the address bar to look for the /install/scripts/runsynch.php file.
