Data assist admin section has broken the front end version

For some weeks I have had a registration system based on your double opt-in working, and last night I created an admin section for the same table within the database and now the front end double opt-in has broken!

Registration is being validated, the form is submitting, emails are being triggered, but there is no record being created in the database!!!

Thinking about it, I also edited some of the server validation last night, but reverted back to their original settings. This WAS working fine yesterday on the live server prior to creating the admin section for the registered users and trying to remove some WA Server Validations and the respective spry validation regions.

I did all of this work locally, found it didn't work, so I deleted it, and reverted back by copying the working version from the live server. I then created the admin section and copied that and the webassist folder up to the live server to find that the registration is now broken.

I've checked the insert behaviour, and that all seems in order... I think!

What's happened?

I'll need to investigate the files directly to troubleshoot

Sorry Jason, I obviously added my previous post before I got your email through. Do I need a support ticket?

I have just uploaded everything afresh to the live server so you can have access to the whole thing if you want. I'll include access details to the site in the private message section.

Just checked the updateuser.php page and that has also broken. It's no longer able to enter any updates I make, and yet I haven't touched this page!

I'm at a loss as to what to do next. The insert looks intact as does the validation behaviour... :o( I'm certainly not getting any errors when I open the wizards which is often a good indicator that I have made a mess of things.

I've added the files of the reg and update page along with what I assume to be the associated webassist folder files.

On the registration page, the code was origianly created for a standardd submit button.

you2 have changed the submit button to an image element type.

due to this change, the insert behavior can no longer trigger.

the trigger code for a standard submit button will look like this:

if ((isset($_POST["Registration_submit"]) && $_POST["Registration_submit"] != "")) // Trigger
{

but an image element type does not pass a value.

so the trigger code is slightly different:

if ((isset($_POST["Registration_submit_x"]) && $_POST["Registration_submit_x"] != "")) // Trigger
{

if you change the button type from submit to image, you also need to edit the insert records server behavior to reset the trigger.
