when hiting enter in HTML editor it generates <p>&#194;&#160;</p>

When I try to edit some text in a HTML editor inside a form I get <p>&#194;&#160;</p> every time I hit the enter button. this results in a A with a circle on top once the text is saved. How do I solve this issue, I obviously don't what that character in the text.

What browser are you using?

And what version of HTML Editor are you using?

This issue is seen in Safari, Firefox (Mac and Windows), Internet Explorer 10 and Chrome (Mac and Windows)

This helps with the problem
$CKEditor_config["enterMode"] = 2;
BUT there is still an issue as the strange characters still get added at the end, good thing is this solves the issue for the most part.

I have noticed that this seems to dissapear if you type text there (just typing a space does not work) but just hiting enter does result in strange characters
