Activation Issues - Please help!!!

I am having inordinate difficulty trying to activate my super suite product. This started yesterday and has been ongoing throughout. I understand you are having issues with the installation of your SSL certificate and for that you have my sympathy. I would like to know whether we should expect the problem to be solved this day or will it take longer? Also I did send my ipconfig.txt file along with my product activation keys to WebAssist Sales department yesterday hoping they would have as stated on the site manually activated my copy of super suite by now, and that has not happen.

Is manually activation affected by this same SSL certificate issue?

Sorry for the delay, we are working to correct the activation issue as quickly as possible

Jason, I sent you an email briefly stating the manual activation is not working. Even with the copied to the relevant directories once I startup dreamweaver, and select security assist for example, I am still asked to enter the activation key, which when I do, get error message that you can see on the image file.

What to do?

The activation issue has been resolved. Please try activating again and it should all work now.
