Activation Issues - Please help!!!
I am having inordinate difficulty trying to activate my super suite product. This started yesterday and has been ongoing throughout. I understand you are having issues with the installation of your SSL certificate and for that you have my sympathy. I would like to know whether we should expect the problem to be solved this day or will it take longer? Also I did send my ipconfig.txt file along with my product activation keys to WebAssist Sales department yesterday hoping they would have as stated on the site manually activated my copy of super suite by now, and that has not happen.
Is manually activation affected by this same SSL certificate issue?
