Can i make an mp3 upload systum and make people sign in with security ass? if so how

HI there

I would like to know can I use data assist to for making an upload mp3 samples to my databases and storing the samples and add a admin supper admin for downloading them? if so how and would the be secure in way if furus protection?

If you could let me know how this is done this would be great. The way I would like it to work is the end user clicks an link image and that will open the upload file if the end user is signed in. if not you will have to sign in or register to use?
