updating question

I am in the process of updating pcms2(standalone not builder) to MySqli from MySql.
I have the front end all done and am now tackling the back end...uggg

I found a function(function wa_evaluate($startVal)) in..
WA_CMS/library.php and again in

It is looking for a gallery folder which I cannot locate and also has a MySQL query for a ps4_gallery table which does not exist with pcms 2

Can I just delete that ?-> function wa_evaluate($startVal)

Or is it called somewhere that I am missing?

the wa_eavaluate function is only used if you are trying to incorporate both Power CMS And Power Gallery on the same site.
