Cart not Populating

Cart not Populating

I'm using a form to populate a cart, with no success. The redirect page doesn't load, and if I start the redirect page manually it shows the cart as empty.

Cart file and Form page attached.

Pulling my hair out -- just one of those days . . .

Thanks,

Mike

your form does not have a filed for the add to cart quantity.

add a hidden filed named "register_Quantity_Add" and set the value to 1.

Did that -- the form now processes and redirects. Only now the cart is said to be empty on the redirect page.

it may be that the host does not save sessions correctly.

use the session test from the following thread:
showpost.php?p=23826&postcount=2

to make sure the host can save sessions correctly, if the session test fails, the host will need to update the session.save_path in the php.ini file.

The test ran successfully on localhost; the cart still shows empty in playerlist.php. php.ini shows the session.save_path set to "c:\PHP\tmp" in two places, and that's what phpinfo.php reports.

I did try it on the hosting server; it works fine.

Now -- how can I add more than one player to the cart? If I go back to addplayer.php it overwrites the first item because $ATC_itemID is hard coded to "0".

Thanks

set the first name and last name cart column to be unique in the eCart object.

Just set First name unique -- will be same family. Still overwrites. . .

clear the cart first and double check the eCart files are uploading, if you are using a different first name and the eCart files are uploading properly it will not over write.

I've done a fresh upload of all files; Using either cookie or session storage the cart gets overwritten

addplayer1.php

Attached File has addplayer, playerlist, and all ECart files. . .
