form action not right

form action not right

I have tested my form action on the local server and it worked well but after I transferred it to the live server, the action failed to work as expected, The workflow should be after the new applicant submits the form, the thank you page with the the applicant's ID would come up with the applicant's ID - The "expected" action, but instead what I'm getting is the registration form with ? l ( "/admission/su_onlineapplication.php?) from (<?php echo $editFormAction; ?>.

Please see the attached apply php, su_onlineapplication.php and thankyou.php pages. The apply.php is an included page in su_onlineapplication.php.

Thanks for your assistance.

you cant include a form page in another page using require_once() like you have done and expect it to work.

the problem is that the server behaviors that should be added in the page before the doctype, are now on the page inside the body.

You will need to use something like framework builder to add the apply page as a plugin instead of using require once. Framework builder is included with both Data Bridge and design Extender.
