HI Jason

I have a rule set up in shipping

<= 200.00 lb £10.00

I have given each product a weight equal to the price so in effect any order over £200 is carriage free.

the client has a range of small spare parts and wants a fixed carriage for these no matter how many are ordered.

So I went into the product details and ticked the "exclude from shipping rules" and added a cost of £3.00

However I still have the issue that if someone orders 10 items then they are charged £30.00

Is there a way around this ?

No, power store does not have a way to set a base shipping charge on only some items.

any shipping charge that is set on the item in the product page will be applied based on the quantity.

If you want to sign up for a premiere support appointment, we could hand a shipping rule for this into the cart object to account for the one item. but there is not a way in the admin to set it up.

Thanks Jason

I'll talk to the client about his options
